Piper Kenney Webb practices in the areas of criminal defense and regulatory enforcement. Ms. Webb has represented individuals, businesses and health care organizations in a variety of criminal matters including health care fraud, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, anti-kickback, securities fraud, tax evasion, environmental crimes, mortgage fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud, theft and embezzlement, homicide, criminal sexual conduct, drunk driving offenses and other criminal matters. Prior to joining the Mauzy Law Firm, Ms. Webb was a partner at a top ten Minnesota law firm practicing in the area of criminal defense. Ms. Webb also worked for the Minnesota Office of the Attorney General where she tried sexual psychopathic personality cases, sex offender community notification cases and DWI license revocation cases. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine continuously for five years.
